Case Details: C cup breast, right breast cancer, patient wanting to be slightly smaller than her pre mastectomy size. Bilateral mastectomy and immediate breast reconstruction with, with a 2 stage procedure including stage 1 tissue expander and allograft and later exchange of the tissue expander with a 500 cc anatomical breast implant.
