Case Details: Tuberous Breasts, BRCA gene confirmed, this lady decided to have a prophylactic nipple and skin sparing mastectomy due to breast cancer risk. 9 months after prophylactic nipple and skin sparing mastectomy due to brca gene and family history of breast cancer. Two stage procedure starting with tissue expansion, internal bra or alloderm and stage 2 replacing the expander with a permanent breast implant.

Case Details: 42 year old lady with right breast cancer, previous lumpectomy and chemotherapy. Gene testing with positive BRACA2. Patient went on to have bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy and immediate breast reconstruction. 6 months after breast reconstruction, a two stage surgery with initial allograft (flexHD) and tissue expansion and later removal of tissue expander and replacement with bilateral breast implants.
