Breast Reconstruction

Case Details: 42 year old lady with right breast cancer, previous lumpectomy and chemotherapy. Gene testing with positive BRACA2. Patient went on to have bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy and immediate breast reconstruction. 6 months after breast reconstruction, a two stage surgery with initial allograft (flexHD) and tissue expansion and later removal of tissue expander and replacement with bilateral breast implants.

Case Details: Right breast cancer with bilateral mastectomy. Immediate breast reconstruction with first stage including allogrraft (FlexHD) and tissue expander and second stage removal of tissue expander and replacement with 600ccantomical or tear drop shape breast implant.
