Breast Reduction Mammoplasty

Case Details: This young lady developed asymmetrical or uneven breast during puberty. Her right breast was H cup while her left breast was an f-g cup. Asymmetry or very heavy breasts affected her ability to participate in school sports or PE, her daily comfort, and her posture. Her motivation for surgery was to be able participate in physical activities comfortably. 9 months after breast reduction mammoplasty surgery and she is now a D cup post op.
