Case Details: This mother of two wanted to achieve a higher breast position and more upper pole fullness after weight loss. She had already undergone a breast reduction mammoplasty performed elsewhere. 7 months post two stage breast augmentation mammoplasty. This patient was recommended to have a breast reduction mammoplasty and breast lift mastopexy first to establish the foundations. She then had anatomical breast implants placed in her second-stage surgery.

Case Details: This mother of two was hoping to return fullness back to her breasts and to address laxity and ptosis after breastfeeding. Dr Cheng recommended a two stage approach. Breast reduction mammoplasty and mastopexy first to create the foundation. Then augmentation mammoplasty for volume and shape. 11 months post surgery. There is approximately 6 months in between stages. Smooth round breast implants placed dual plane.

First stage: breast reduction mammoplasty and mastopexy to aim for symmetryt. Second stage: Breast augmentation mammoplasty with 450cc smooth round implants. Now 5 months post op.
