Case Details: Original surgery performed else where with implants subglandular (on top of muscle). This patient was experiencing pain and discomfort caused by capsular contracture, double bubble and implant malposition. Dr Cheng performed removal of breast implants with total capsulectomy and new breast implant placed submuscular (under the muscle)using motiva Ergonomix implants. She is now 13 months post op.
