The original surgery was performed elsewhere. 5 months after breast implant removal with enbloc total capsulectomy combined with a breast mastopexy. She is now wearing a C cup bra size.

Case Details: This lady in her 50s was no longer feeling comfortable with her breast implants and choose to have them removed and the shape corrected. 3.5 months after removal of breast implants with mastopexy or breast lift.

Case Details: The original surgery was performed elsewhere. This lady was distressed about the size of her breast implants. Her natural breast tissue was falling over the top of the implant and the heaviness of her breasts was causing her back and neck pain. She was recommended for removal of breast implants with total capsulectomy and a breast reduction mammoplasty and mastopexy. She is now 16 months post operation.
